Cancellation & Refunds
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as previous complaints and feedback from other customers. If a refund is approved for a recurring billing, we will only refund the most recent payment. Please note that any refund for a recurring billing will result in the immediate cancellation of our services.
For refunds related to nonrecurring services, we will also assess each request individually. If granted, the refund will lead to the immediate termination of access to the service. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 days.
If you disagree with any charge made to your account, you agree to contact us first to resolve the issue before filing a formal dispute with your credit card company. You must reach out to us via email, clearly stating your reasons for disputing the charge. This approach allows us to assess your complaint efficiently and, if justified, issue a credit to your card in a timely manner to minimize any inconvenience.
