Once you have signed up, you will have unlimited access to the available content. If you choose a recurring payment plan and do not cancel your membership before the end of the billing period, your card will be charged automatically.

We will take into consideration things such as other complaints received or other customers’ comments. If an issued refund is for recurring billing, we will only refund the most recent payment. A refund for a recurring billing will result in immediate cancellation of the recurring service. A refund of fees for any nonrecurring service will also result in immediate termination of access to the service.
